Applying for GM is a privillege.You can't abuse you verbs and you have to follow rules. Basically you just have to have fun thats it. You need to have experience in more than 2 games. Lowest rank you must have is Chuunin or if Criminal C-Class. You at least have to be 16 (in game). And you must know more than 4 D-Rank, 4 C-Rank, 4 B-Rank, 3 A-Rank and 2 S-Rank Jutsus.
